THE REVOLUTION IS ON

Fodor did an extraordinary job of foresight in his South of Hitler. That gives one pause when he makes statements, and expands them, to prove that Europe is in the throes of revolution, that National Socialism is likely to be the prevailing form of government, though not the final result of revolution. But to me the most interesting parts of his book dealt with his close up view of the Battle of France -- his analysis of the conditions that brought defeat, both to the Low Countries and France -- and his whole intimate and at the same time objective viewpoint.
