KIRKUS REVIEW

Light and often amusing pictures of the Pope family life, as told by the daughter -- slight tie-up with Life with Father market. Her sympathetic, friendly, but unworldly father, her placid, laughing mother, her somewhat gluttonous, sometimes restless self; their movings, their financial ups and downs, their friends, their early life. A nice tribute by an appreciative daughter. The kind of book that needs word of mouth advertising. Have it read by a member of the staff, and sold to your discriminating women of mature judgment.
