FEASTING AFLOAT

...and feasting and feasting on a gourmet variety of sea fare to be tossed up by the galley cook of breezy enterprise and, probably, flying fingers. In entertaining introductions, the author gives advice on supplies, equipment, storage and basic procedures for land, sea and festive Occasions from launchings to picnics. There are copious lists of suppliers (the sort that stock truffles), and many high style recipes from Celeri Remoutade to Palacsinka; and sandwiches, varieties of beverages, even seasickness palliatives, and some menus. Large horizons which may prove to be out of sight for small boat owners.
