There are copious lists of suppliers (the sort that stock truffles), and many high style recipes from Celeri Remoutade to Palacsinka; and sandwiches, varieties of beverages, even seasickness palliatives, and some menus. Large horizons which may prove to be out of sight for small boat owners.
