THE RIDDLE OF SPLIT ROCK

Another readable mystery by the author of The ghostly Trio, is this time set on the New England sea coast and makes a due proportion of dreams come true. When the Tuckers, a mid-western professor's family, inherit a camp on Nashu island, they are all, especially kim and Jan, excited at the prospect of going out to spend the summer there. But when they go, their good times are temporarily interrupted by the problem of finding a hidden boundary to their property. When some strangers unaccountably oppose the making of a pond the plot thickens until Kim, Jan and their friend Martin find the boundary which reveals that the Tucker's property is far more valuable than they thought. Stock fare.
