FOLLOW YOUR HEART

The love of Ellie for John Westbrook and her protective concern over Dan Monroe, her adopted, younger brother who had been left difficult and defiant after his mother's death and who is now involved with a diamond pin he refuses to explain away. Afraid to leave Dan, or to have John suspect him of theft, Ellie postpones her marriage to John who is also worried by his younger sister Iris, wild and willful. It is Dan who breaks up Iris' involvement with a racketeer, proves his own innocence and wins her love, while the chaperonage of Ellie and John- which occasions a rift- ends in reconcilation... Compatible for conservative tastes and romantic enough for others.
