“In Torah, / out Torah, / Dance all about, Torah!”

This simple board book introduces opposite word concepts while celebrating the Torah and the tradition of honoring its importance by reading it aloud, raising it high above the head, dressing it with its appropriate crown and parading it in synagogue. Young and old male-only participants with happy, smiling faces and yarmulke-covered heads are featured in crisp, watercolor cartoon art on shiny, chunky pages. "See it far, / Kiss it near, / Torah, Torah, oh, so dear!"

Though basic enough in its approach for the age group, only a limited audience will welcome this cheery representation.
