VINTAGE MURDER

Ngaio Marsh slipped a bit in her last, but this time she is right back on the track with a good 'un taking place in her native New Zealand. Roderick Alleyn, suave and infallible, vacationing, travels with a stock company. An attempted murder, a theft and ultimately a death, rope him into the investigation. Neatly handled theatrical background, occasional humor and meticulous plot. It's good.
