Mafia, U.S.A. reporter has converted some actual findings or rather finds -- namely two 17th century Italian paintings in cold storage on Staten Island -- into a scuffle between the F.B.I. (two regulars and one stringer in Florida who runs a chain of topless nightspots) and those in the employ of the Padrone escalating down to two young men who screw it all up. . . .
