KIRKUS REVIEW

Greenwich and the Thameside area of London are open for investigation in the killing of Dr. Piers and Nigel Strangeways, with Clare Massinger, steps carefully and fast when he tangles with the dead man's background and children. His growing knowledge of present and past help him to fit the pieces to a plausible construction but it takes danger to get his proof. Smooth to subtle -- and sane.
