"ON A HOT, HOT DAY"

"") and year-round affection, while in the airy, simple compositions there are intriguing details to follow: a cat that reappears, items on sale at the store, the contents of a rooftop clothesline. It's all lovingly tied together in a fifth, nighttime scene: ""On any old day, Mama says, 'Good night. Sleep tight.'...'Summer, fall, winter, spring--Mama loves her Angel.'
