KIRKUS REVIEW

A middle of the road point of view, sound, practical, verging on the conservative side. Covers symptoms, diet, general care, cooperation with the doctor, preparing for the child, etc. There is nothing, virtually, of the psychological aspects, there is little regarding the modern methods of determining pregnancy, there is a certain impression of minimizing the value of various methods of reducing awareness of labor pains.
