The story of the Gospels has been woven into a single connected story of the life of Christ, from birth to ascension. There's skillful selection and simplification, and the result is a straightforward story, taking even the miracles in somewhat matter-of-fact way, as if to say- ""All you need is faith-thus things were"". The text occasionally uses phrases, passages from the New Testament, and at the end of the book, a chart indicates corresponding passages for each chapter.
