We are facing, he says, another world war, or an artificially stimulated capitalism, or Fascism, or the way out through Socialism. The book is not a convincing argument in favor of Socialism, for those who are not already convinced, Rather is it the historical approach to the subject, and a book that will interest anyone concerned in governmental procedure and wishing to inform himself on ways and means and theories and possible developments.
