KIRKUS REVIEW

Another brisk, bright tale, with not too heavy groundwork, as Jerry Franklin, discharged from the Army after the Tunisian campaign, heads into even hotter action when asked to cover the peculiar activities of his best friend. With Sandy, his friend's sister, they head into triple murder, a black market racket, a matter of big-any and concealed identity, and tie it up neatly. Fast timer.
