KIRKUS REVIEW

The facts about this book commend it, primarily the fact that the author is a Professor at Princeton Theological Seminary, an exile from Germany for opposing the N regime, a successor of Karl Barth at Muenster, and a man who has always studied the relation of religions and social activities. It is a well thought out study of the problem of sex, fully illustrated with the Biblical interpretations. Dr. Piper shows that the spirituality of sex must be given full importance. Old ideas in new dress, especially helpful material for clergy, teachers, and social workers.
