Ella and Emily, twins dressed as witches for Halloween, are hard to tell apart--unless you know that one prefers pink, the other blue. Hutchins (Rosie's Walk, etc.) gives young children several chances to use sharp eyes, plus a bit of logic, to tell them apart.
