A third appearance for the appealing monster family last seen in Where's the Baby? (1988): Poor Hazel! Whatever she does- -play with her dollhouse, build blocks, etc.—baby Billy wants to do too, and a parent or grandparent urges, ``Let Billy have a turn. He's only little.'' Finally, Hazel announces that, since Billy has spoiled all her games, she ``might as well go to sleep in the toybox!'' The ruse is effective; while Billy sleeps (and after Hazel tidies up the toys he's strewn), the rest of the family finishes their monopoly game in peace. Crisp, comfortably repetitive dialogue and Hutchins's clean, colorful illustrations of this comically familiar scenario add up to a sure bet for beginning readers or the picture book hour.
