KIRKUS REVIEW

An Irish version of the Cinderella theme which is- after all-immortal. But somehow the sophistication of the telling and of the Jan Balet illustrations doesn't fit with the Slottie Toys in the back of the book, which would seem to gear the story for younger tastes. An attractive format which will probably put the book in the Fifty Books of the Year class, where Jan Balet has already rated three times.
