KIRKUS REVIEW

John Armstrong returns to the laboratory in Cornwall to complete the work for a command testing of a new electromagnetic wave. On his team he finds Snell, whose courage and integrity he admires until he becomes aware that it is his wife, Mary, that Snell loves. A bit of espionage, some drastic decisions, and, with the disaster of the test, it is Snell's heroism that saves Armstrong's life -- for Mary. Scientific detail for human drama.
