IT'S TIME FOR THANKSGIVING

Elementary grade teachers will probably welcome this collection of short stories, playlets and poems about Thanksgiving, for there is a varied selection of dramatic material to take care of the usual auditorium celebration. Most of the selections are geared to fourth through sixth grade abilities. Children from other periods and from varied conditions of life figure in the short stories; some of the stories are wistful, some are humorous. While none of the selections, with the exception of the verse, is of unforgettable quality, this compilation surely fills a seasonal need.
