Whether or not you believe in this ESP/PK nonsense, let it be said that Huson, unlike most of those others, isn't a total fraud. This book is a compendium of the methods he's used to explore his own psi over the last ten years and if nothing else, it will provide some lively parlor games for your next party or rainy afternoon. His reference points are the more reliable researchers and mediums--like J. B. Rhine of Duke University or Eileen Garrett who was as skeptical as anyone about her strange ""gifts"" or Gerard Croiset who's worked with the police in Paris. You can test yourself for clairvoyance with cards or picture-drawing, for people- or object-reading, for remembering your ""past lives,"" for ""willing"" the roll of the dice or the health of your plants, even for paranormal healing. Just to let you know how really serious he is about all this, Huson also includes lists of courses in parapsychology you can take for credit at various colleges.
