PROFESSOR WILMESS MUST DIE

LAW is the Los Angeles Western College where its bearded sans-culottes have grouped under the designation SJS (Students for a Just Society). Heading them is one Rick Kozak who although he has a particular program in mind (centered in opposition to the building of a Unitorium) manages to conceal some of it in mystically mystifying cant (like signal seeking seekig and purpose identification and spatial consciousness). While right beside him is the prettiest new girl on the campus, Susan Rapture, who keeps murmuring ""I Love It"" no matter what activity she's endorsing. And then there's Professor Wilmess, chosen by Rick Kozak and his SJS as their sponsor and inevitable patsy. Mr. Rader (a novelist, The Fraud--1961; former film and television script writer; working college administrator) fusillades what's been Happening all over without ever quite managing to convert the parallel into a parody which this is intended to be. Or maybe it could never be a really funny bone of contention? The publishers think otherwise and expect it to do well.
