ARMS AND THE AFTERMATH

This is a rather than a critical job. Though primarily a technical and factual book (much of it difficult rending) reading) there is a good deal of simulating reading. Against a background of what was done in production during the last war, the author goes into the steps by which expansion is geared in this war, with application to aftermath better realized. He covers the motor industry, textiles, aviation, steel, aluminum, railroads, tool and machine plants, and so on. Not as Informative Business Usual (Page 362-1941), but more objective for the average reader. the fact that surveys are intensively under future preservation of the best in capitalism, on the part of the government and of industry itself. Not a blueprint, but at least in indication that the problem the books.
