KIRKUS REVIEW

A doctor dispenses philosophy and fact on the art of staying young, which begins with ignoring and never telling your age, increasing your life span, eliminating the fear of age, acquiring the mental point of view that old age can be happy. Physically speaking -- take care of yourself, see a doctor, don't diagnose and dose yourself, rest, don't over -- exercise after 40, take off unnecessary fat, watch your heart and thyroid. Obvious but sound --booster of morale, which should find an audience.
