Primarily for those interested in juvenile delinquency, sociology, etc. The findings of the Delinquency Committee of the Boys Bureau which proves that the youthful law-breakers, as tried and sentenced today, can never be returned as useful members of a community, that a change in method plus a change in spirit approach and attitude toward the offenders is necessary, and that rehabilitation of the young criminals will not be possible until a new legal machinery be created and the challenges presented by this problem be met.
