KIRKUS REVIEW

Picture pretty -- from Segovia to Ibiza and on -- and all ready for a frame -- some successful forgery operators. You will find this almost true-to-life since it partially replicates an incident of a few years ago and tours a familiar art world. Martyn Finch, a painter, is forced to abandon his own cloudscapes for a Dali which will incriminate the man who commissions it. The title is an overstatement and the signature, which is new, is not quite good enough to bring it off as anything but a flyweight diversion.
