TREASURE CRUISE And Other Crunch And Des Stories

Those faithful familiars, Crunch and Des, who enliven the pages of the S.E.P. prior to book appearance, again chaperone their customers through Floridian waters along with more than one romance. In the title story, which is almost novel length, a riddle in rhyme is the key to a sunken treasure and they are not only able to guide a Texan toward it- but also emancipate him from an overbearing older brother. There's the strenuous participation in a tuna tournament; the rescue of some plane crash survivors; Crunch' interference in Des' romance -- and he is ticked off; a brush with smugglers; and the lesson taught a practical joker.... Assorted water sports -- and cheerful entertainment.
