Three long short stories, one of which (The Swan Boat Plot) is running in American Magazine. The first involves a dead Colonel and a Trojan Horse; the second concerns a lost car, trailer and uncle and the murder of a movie magnate; the third takes Asey Mayo to Boston's Public Garden where a photographer is shot. His usual debonair dead-eye deductions in three valid problems. There's virtually none of the salt sea savor and down east dialect stuff in these.
