KIRKUS REVIEW

This differs from Julietta K. Arthur's How To Make A Home Business Pay (Prentice-Hall, P. 415), which will appear a month earlier, in that where it consisted of substantial technical (legal, financial, etc., etc.) advice on home businesses, with analyses of a few actual enterprises, this one concentrates almost entirely on the many possibilities in this field. With more than a hundred examples of individual, ingenious products and services, some of which have become national staples (diaper services for example), you may get an idea of some commodity you could offer -- foods, handicrafts, needlecrafts, writing, painting, catering, animal breeding, etc., etc. A lot of idea value here and the bibliography provides some of the mechanics.
