KIRKUS REVIEW

There's a theory that books about penguins always go. I doubt it -- and this will be an interesting test. For the idea of a penguin floating south to a big city, on a fast melting cake of ice, and of how he got back, acting as his own mailman, may be good humor for the young ones, but those I tried it on thought it stuff and nonsense.
