THE SUGARPLUM STAIRCASE

Charley Trent, taking a whirl at hypnosis to make him a Frank Buck among man and worthy of Audrey, has no memory of a last lesson and his killing of a man, is unable to locate his mentor, is harried by his confusion and hounded by the police, takes ra from death in death at his Uncle Fred's funeral parlor, and only-with another treatment is able to confront the killer. Haphazard homicide, this provides some silly, skitti moments.
