THE BRIMSTONE GAME: A Study in Monopoly

Modern monopoly in action, as Prof. Montgomery briefly but patly analyzes today's poverty amidst plenty. He takes brimstone, source of sulphur, as an example of a key product affecting most of modern industry; he shows how prices have been raised, competition blocked, production sabotaged to benefit the few at the top. Only through free prices can there be free men; monopoly is as great a social evil as it is an economic one. Brief and lucid, a challenge to thoughtful citizens. BUT -- I can't see its reaching a wide market.
