KIRKUS REVIEW

Fraud is ""more common than fornication""--an alarming thought--which Mr. Hancock has gone to some pains to implement from police files, the records of various protective associations, Better Business Bureaus, etc. His swindle sheet includes short change, mail order, charity, and a hundred other kinds of operations; gambling and numbers rackets; forgery, quackery, stocks, real estate, arson, et al. You don't have to be a chump to be taken in by this kind of material--it has an innate curiosity appeal as well as a curative potential since ""it is knowledge that separates the men from the boys...the sucker from his money."" Serviceable handling.
