MYSTERY OF THE RUBBER BOAT

An exciting and good Barbour which will greatly appeal to boys. It tells of a group of boys in Minden, New England sea-coast town, who belong to the Emergency Service Corps of the Boy Scouts. Mr. Otis, a neighbor, seems quiet and friendly, but after a tanker is wrecked right off the beach, and strange doings the night of the black-out, and the appearance of a rubber boat on the shore, and other queer happenings, it turns out that he is a vicious spy. A good yarn, with contemporary flavor.
