BUCKEY O'NEILL

O'Neill became famous with his pursuit and capture of some bank robbers in the Canyon Diablo affair, but there's that and more that should appeal to the wide western action adventure market in this exuberant biography of an exuberant figure. Capt. William C. O'Neill became Arizona's favorite son,- a typesetter in Phoenix, boom camper in Tombstone, court reporter and editor in Prescott, probate judge and sheriff- and finally, a Rough Rider in the Spanish American War, where he died at San Juan Hill. The roaring '80's and one who matched them.
