CHRISTIAN NURTURE AND THE CHURCH

Dr. Miller has given us the distillation of a long life full of rich experience with Christian Education. It is far from his first book. Rather, it might be considered a summary of the best things he has learned, created, borrowed and tried. But if you're looking for a book on the techniques of education, this is not it. Rather, it is addressed to the whole Congregation and its total responsibility for the full development of each member. Dr. Miller retains his easy style, with the result that the volume could readily be placed in the hands of laymen, and would also be useful in teacher-training. The Clergy will want to own it as a matter of course.
