Good stuff for high-school age, electrically minded boys. Begins with a brisk summary of the history of electricity, followed by directions for building a home laboratory out of junkshop parts, with suggestions for performing a number of interesting though standard experiments. A good bridging book to cover the gap between general science and radio fan fields. The illustrations clear but rather dull and text-bookish, detract from the straight merchandise value.
