KIRKUS REVIEW

Rabbit and Mouse claim they can fly south with the birds; both actually end up in the same cave, where they mollify a grouchy hibernating bear by telling him stories. In the spring, they admit the truth--and all agree that stories are the best way to travel. A bit pointed and predictable, but storytellers will enjoy the message, while everyone can enjoy Jucker's deft, glowing watercolors.
