KIRKUS REVIEW

...bloated bodies, bat attacks, fire, famine. Dateline: Paris, 2052. Subject: Armageddon which descends after electricity all over the world shoots its bolt and disappears. Once catastrophe strikes, the author depicts an impressive landscape of horror. One only wishes that the characters he has staggering through it all weren't the fatuous non entities they are. Chicken Little had more style.
