A symposium in which representatives speak for the countries:- sixteen nations are represented, some general aims are outlined. Occasionally one gets the feeling of turning the clock back; some speakers are given to slick generalizations; but the impression as a whole is of acceptance of the imperative necessity of establishing a working machinery during the war of working towards a world where democracy will be secured, of coordinated planning for common good, of common access to essentials, of freedom from exploitation. The four final statements stem from the U.S.A. Useful.
