THE CAT WHO LOVED THE SEA

Another arty atmospheric tidbit. Hubert (""pronounced oo-BAIR"") likes to sit on the rocks outside Sainte Agathe (unspoken) ""welcoming the waves,"" likes to make the rounds of the fishermen collecting sea perch and pats; but one day tourists arrive and everyone ignores him, so he goes to ""a village of small farms"" (looking quite urban) to beg a bite. Although he's fed well, he's not happy; the sea calls, the mackerel catch has started, and the fishermen want to share theirs. Stagnant, and the pictures are static displays of decorator colors.
