THE MYSTERIOUS LEAF

A little Spring fantasy with its own originality sets a fairy tale in the town of Sparkling and takes three absent minded professors through a problematical winter. Visited by a strange, wispy little girl who gives them a leaf- the three are hard put to obey the rule that goes with it: to hold it always. There are clues to its origin during the winter, but not until March do the professors and their housemaid solve the mystery, receive another visit from the girl- and from Spring. Gently rarefied, this may not excite but it has an innocent charm and suspense.
