.....where the headstone is for Walter Ford, a blackmailer, also involved in the launching of a new protective gimmick for sportsmen which has proved most unsafe for those connected with it. Its originator has already died, and the first murder keys the case for Manny Moon, who with Fausta, familiar to his readers, again presides and presents the evidence to the police.... A routine which is not enough to keep your spirits up-let alone your interest.
