BLOOD FOR A BORGIA

Borgia-rumble with sword play and dank deeds. A seduction, Renaissance style, by the Pope's son, Giovanni, and the plot thickens within the boiling pot. Beset by conspiring lords, Giovanni's brother. Cesare Borgia, retains the honest Paolo to protect his interests, and Giovanni is dispatched (in the reader's view). Paolo, on the trail, escapes ambush, eavesdrops in the arras, and at last come up with Giovanni's murderer, and weds Giovanni's inamorata, whom he had rescued from torture. Machine-tooled skulldaggery in Renaissance Rome.
