DOCTOR IN THE SWIM

Mon cher Gaston Grimsdyke again- that endemic character- turns up in a new series of non-professional activities which begin with a non-stop New York visit when he chaperones Sir Lancelot through a Conference for Extending the Existence of Executives. Gaston returns to England to Intercede (meddle) in the contemplated divorce of his cousin Miles, to continue the old rivalry with Basil Beauchamp, to avoid his own commitment to Anemone, a sobering social worker with a more sobering mother, and to begin a new romance... A repeat performance and regrettably repeat is the operative word.
