Virtually all the ten- to 14-year-old girls in England have been brainwashed. Self-styled the Nosotros (an ""N"" inside an ""O""), they plan to seize control of the country by taking over a single London school. Ranged against them are the headmaster, three teachers, three boys (none of whose names are worth mentioning), and two officials of the mysterious ILEA Special Council--whose helicopters outperform the Nosotros' helicopters in the big showdown shootout. Early on, one of the teachers has his suspicions of the Special Council too; that's the plot's only kink. Turns out the Nosotros' mastermind is a Dragon-Lady feminist; turns out the author wrote this when he was 15. Played for laughs (per the jacket), it could have been pretty funny.
