THE PLATINUM BULLET

A more complicated construct and better written than the Black Gold of Malaverde (1973) but then this time it's platinum, not so base a metal which the Competitor (i.e. Russians) are well on the way to controlling the world supply thereof. Were it not for the plan here, conceived by our people and using an ex-con (also confidence man), to salt a claim in Colombia and lure the operators of the Plator Company to a mine where there's also a long dead body. Lavish and energetic.
