These ludy Reeds

Roz Warren, who has aroused all of the husbands in her Westchester County circle, and equally- if variously, all of their wives, drops out of sight for six months and returns home with a baby. Speculations on its paternity fade when a more important question is raised- the identity of the killer after she is murdered, and the only unmarried man among them sorts things out for the police and introduces a note of neighborly tolerance. A smart suburban scene- and some deductive fine points to balance off the seductive bits.
