State University's star swimmer, Harry Williams, couldn't forgive Coach Barnes for forcing him beyond the edge of his ability to make him perform for visiting brass. Williams was on the verge of refusing to try in the National events, but at Camp Skylark, where he retreated to decide, Meg Crane helped him to reach a decision. In the Nationals, Harry set the world's record. Another fairly valid account of campus politics and sports, in this the reader is pretty well winded by the time Harry decides.
