Tinker and Tanker of Tootletown are called upon to exercise their skills once again in this new pair of adventures, the first, set in Africa, land of the Gruesome Gorilla, the second at King Art's court in the country of Round Table. Captured for trespassing by Chief Gus, the Gruesome Gorilla, Tinker and Tanker fear their mission to catch a rare butterfly is doomed. Fortunately, a moment of crisis intervenes when Gertrude Gorilla falls from a precipice, and the Tootletown heroes go into action.... In the next, book, Tinker and Tanker are invited to the wedding of King Art's daughter Jenny. Then Sir Wicket Dragon Kidnaps the princess, the stage is set for the chivalrous hippo and rabbit. Avid followers of Richard Scarry's creations will welcome these new additions to their home libraries.
